The Brazil Grill is a meat lover’s dream. Walk in the door, to your right is a small room with a buffet spread. Grab a foil pan and start filling. You will find different kinds of rice, beans, pasta, fish and salad. Then take your pan to the meat station by the front door. Here are the meats they had today:
Chicken wrapped in bacon
Chicken wings
Lamb
Beef ribs
Pork sausage
Pork loin
Sirloin
They are all on a stick, being cooked over fire. Tell them how much you want, they will cut it off the stick and add to your plate, then take it to the cashier who will weigh it. Charge you $7.99 a pound, give you a plastic fork, knife and napkin, and you are on your way.
Today I had shrimp risotto, some kind of pasta tortellini, I passed on the fish because you don’t want to stink up the ambulance. Then I got chicken with bacon, lamb and pork loin. It was all very good.
I also had a most excellent Portuguese passion fruit soda.
I think this would be a fun place to go out to eat. As far as take out, it is a more expensive than the Bem Brasil around the corner, although the selection is much larger.
